“Somehow you’ll escape all that waiting and staying. You’ll find the bright places where the Boom Bands are playing” –Dr. Seuss, from Oh, the Places You’ll Go.
It’s official. My old life is dead. It suffered from the long-term fatal condition of uncertainty and indecision. I’m relieved it’s over, but still feel the need to mourn the intangible end of an era.
I have a month to mope around and get the mourning out of my system. Come April 15, we’ll be on a plane to start our new life in Amsterdam. And really, I cannot wait.

Hi Kate,
thinking about you sometimes and wondering how you are…
looks like change is in the cards
all the best
be safe
be happy

Hi Sandra. How are things in Santiago? I hope your two little angels are doing well and enjoying it–and that you have readjusted to life in Chile.
Just a few short weeks left! We really wish you the very best of luck and look forward to reading your updates and hearing of your adventures!
Now, time is flying by. I’m sure I’ll see you and your family in Amsterdam one of these days. You seem too adventurous not to go. If not…maybe at the next food blog camp?
